After selecting a value on the DateTimePicker component and then changing the system time zone to a different one, the value of the component updates to reflect the new time zone when focusing the DateTimePicker component. However, when using the HTML input type as `datetime-local`, the value does not change according to the changed time zone. We need to change the behaviour in datetimepicker.
