The RowSelected and RowDeselect event are fired when doing a selection

I have a grid with the RowSelected and RowDeselected events, the problem is that when selecting a row, the deselected event is also called, there is a way to not do it since can cause some performance issues if a task is being called by one of them, would be called twice
