Show all labels on the shape without overlapping with another label

1. The map should show all the labels without overlapping with the next or other labels 
2. Currently, our smart label feature places text outside the shape and we are not able to identify which shape the text belongs to 
3. Label length property is available but the labels are not readable or meaningful
