Improve TouchListener Behavior on iOS

Description:

On iOS, the current implementation of the Tap gesture is causing both parent and child elements to respond to gestures.

Actual Behavior: Gestures are being triggered for both the child and parent elements.

Expected Behavior: Only gestures on child elements should be recognized, with parent element gestures being ignored.

The goal is to enhance the internal TouchListener to ensure that gestures are handled exclusively by child elements.
