Grid regression

After upgrading to the 26.2.4 service pack release, I've noticed the grid no longer works. Considering there was no mention of required changes on our part I consider this a regression.

Looking at line 3 of our component `outage-block-grid.component.html` it appears to complain about the highlighted line:

Removing said line, merely makes the error appear on the one below that.


My screenshot below leads me to suspect that it has something to do with the tooltip regression mentioned in my other feedback item.

Having said that, the grid also throws this error, which might be unrelated. This error is thrown when the grid attempts to scroll to an element that does not exist (yet).
