Provide constrains support for dependency connection in Gantt Chart

This feature ensures task sequences are logical through validation. For Example, consider a "Finish-to-Start" (FS) dependency, the start date of a successor task cannot be earlier than the end date of its predecessor and vice versa for (SF) dependency.
