MinDays and MaxDays are not working properly

Sample: Sample

Replication Procedure

Run the attached sample
Open the popup
Select any start date
And navigate to august
and select enddate
You can see that the dates are not disabled, and we can choose a range that exceeds the maxdays

Expected: MinDays and MaxDays should work properly

Actual: MinDays and MaxDays are not working properly
