Allow for single tap to show trackball

Currently only long press shows trackball. 


We require for single tap to show trackball since this was the functionality in Xamarin.IOS and Xamarin.Android packages. Since we migrated to Maui we have lost this functionality. 


The requirement was said to have been fulfilled in this ticket but it was missed
