Provide additional features to print support in Spreadsheet

Need to provide the following additional features to print support in Spreadsheet.

  1. Header and Footer

    Headers and Footers enhance the usability, readability, and professional appearance of printed spreadsheets, providing essential context and information on every page.

  2. Landscape Orientation.

    By offering the option to print in landscape orientation, the users have the flexibility to present their data in the most effective and visually appealing way possible.

  3. Provide options to set the margins programmatically instead of print options menu.

    By providing the ability to set custom margins, the users can tailor the print output to their specific needs, enhancing the overall usability and functionality of the printed documents.

4. Print Area.

By providing the Print Area option, users can either specify an area they want to print or print the entire worksheet.

5. Page Size

By providing the page size option in page layout options in Spreadsheet, the user can be able to adjust the paper size of the file like A3, A4 and A5 etc.



6. Formatting options: Under the Center on page heading, should provide both Horizontally and Vertically like as excel.

  • Check the "Horizontally" box to align the content between the left and right margins.
  • Check the "Vertically" box to align the content between the top and bottom margins.
  • To center the content in both directions, select both the "Horizontally" and "Vertically" checkboxes.

    To give support for printing only the selected section like Excel. 

    While using the print option, we need to provide support for enabling the user to print only the selected section.
