Adapt the Circular Gauge based on the position property

In the Circular Gauge control, the axis, ranges, and pointers are currently rendered based on the radius property, regardless of the position property set for the ranges or pointers. This design allows for extensive customization options for users.

When reducing the size of the Circular Gauge and position property is set to the ranges, the ranges are being cropped on the outer edges. We need to render the ranges fully visible when reducing the dimensions of the Gauge.

Please find the sample that shows the cropped ranges on the outer edges.
