Empty Popup Appears During Scroll with Virtualization and itemTemplate Enabled

An empty popup appears when scrolling up and down if virtualization and item templates are enabled.


Sample: 611291-ddl-virtualization-item-template (forked) - StackBlitz



Replication Procedure:

              1. Run the attached sample

              2. Scroll up and down

              3. You can see the issue

Expected: An empty popup is displayed when virtualization and itemTemplate are enabled. 

Actual: List items should render properly when we scroll the popup.
