Support for deep customization on the selected cells

Except color and text style customizations, need to provide support to customize the selected cells further more. 
For example, to change the shape, shadow, border color, gradient etc. for the selected dates.
Need to consider for both single, multiple & range selection.
Need to provide option to change the default rectangle shape of the selected cells while using cell builder.
