Provide Touch Interaction with Template in SfCartesianChart in .NET MAUI

Provide touch interaction with Tooltip, Trackball and data label item template in .NET MAUI. 

Current Behavior: When using a Button in the template inside the chart tooltip, the click event of the button is not triggered, hence, the touch internally handled by chart control. 

Desired Behavior: Enable touch interaction for the item present in the template for the .NET MAUI Chart.
