Built-in support to render Azure Maps with different styles

Need to provide built-in support to render the Azure maps with different viewing style options, similar to the existing Bing Map integration in the WPF SfMaps control.

Microsoft is retiring Bing Maps for Enterprise and is consolidating its mapping services under Azure Maps
