Provide Smooth Trackball Layout Update on Every Move to a New Point in .NET MAUI Cartesian Chart

The trackball should traverse smoothly along the path of the lines. If the trackball point encounters a new value, it should not flicker but should persistently display the label, line, and marker, updating the value as it reaches a new point. This ensures a consistent and stable visual experience.

Due to the framework architecture, the entire trackball layout is updated instead of simply repositioning the tooltip view, which causes the flickering issue.
