Exception thrown when adding Phases at runtime and perform undo Action

when Adding  phase at runtime to the swimlane with children and perform undo function the diagram breaks and throws console exception.


when adding newphase at runtime by button click the "phaseCollectionChange" entry is added and also the propertyChange history entry is added to record change in the swimlane height based on the offset of newly added phase. where the undo entry contains the old phase values.
