Provide support to use remote datasource simultaneously for both Gantt data and segmentData property

In previous versions, we were able to use a remote data source for Gantt data while using "ViewBag.segmentDataCollection" or any local variable for "segmentData". With this improvement, it is now possible to use remote data sources simultaneously for both Gantt data and segmentData.
