In Combo Box, Unable to Bind the Custom Value as an object

In Combo Box,  Unable to Bind the Custom Value as an object , whereas we can bond the preselected value when the value is present in the data source.


Sample:   Dcedon (forked) - StackBlitz


Replication Procedure for Dialog:

  • Run the Sample  
  • See the issue (The preselected value is not bind)

Expected:  Need to Bind an Object as custom preselected value.  

Current : Unable to Bind an Object as custom preselected value.  



Case 2:

Description: The preselected value is not set to the component when "objectDataBinding" is true.

Sample: Please find the sample in the attachment.


Replication steps:
