Configure client-side time in the PDF Viewer

Currently, the date and time in the PDF Viewer will display the server's date and time. We are unable to show the client's regional format at this time.

For reference, please see: Display appointments based on client's time zone


This is applicable to:

1. Comment panel
2. Dynamic stamps
3. Signatures
