imageeditor insert at beginning of header and footer

I am trying to insert a HeaderToolbarItem to the left of all the default HeaderToolbarItems, Likewise for the FooterToolbarItem. 

I can add to the end of the Collection. 

In order to Insert at the start, I tried:


HeaderToolbarItem back = new HeaderToolbarItem()
     { Icon = ImageSource.FromResource("myApp.Images.back.png"), Text = "Back" };
imageEditor.ToolbarSettings.ToolbarItems.Insert(0, back);

but it still appeared after all the default items.
