The toast close icon hover background is not a circle in Material3 and Material Themes

Title: Close button is hover background not a circle in Material3 and Material Themes

 

When, hovering the toast component close button the background color is not a proper circle in material3 and material themes.

Replication Procedure:

1.  Run the sample

2.  Hover the close icon

3.  You can see the issue

 

Expected: close button for a toast message need to circle when hovering

Actual : close button for a toast message is not a circle anymore when hovering.
