Provide options in clearFilter() public method to clear filter collections based on sheet index

Description:

Need to provide options in clearFilter() method to receive the sheetIndex and remove the filter collections in the sheet based on the given sheetIndex.

For example, if we provide the sheetIndex inside the clearFilter method as clearFilter(sheetIndex), it should clear the filter collections based on the sheet index. So, that we can clear the filter collections in the non-active sheet also.
