TimePicker popup is not opened at the center in mobile devices

TimePicker popup is not opened at the center in mobile devices. But DatePicker popup is properly opened in the center of the viewport
Replication Procedure:
1.   Run the sample in mobile device(customer reported in iphone device)
2.  scroll down
3. And open the timepicker popup
3.  You can see the issue
Expected: Timepicker popup should opened properly at the center of the viewport as same as datepicker popup
Actual:  Timepicker popup is not opened properly at the center of the viewport
