Chunkuploading is not working properly when we press pause and resume button over and over again

When  uploading a file without pausing and resuming and check the time it takes then try and upload the same file again but press the pause and resume button over and over again very fast you will see a big difference.

Replication Procedure:

1. Run the sample

2. upload the file

3. press pause and resume button over and over again very fastly

4. You can see the difference


Expected: Chunk uploading should work properly

Actual: Chunkuploading is not working properly when we press pause and resume button over and over again very fastly
