Provide support for the custom validation message shown for dialog template using data annotation validator.

1.Display validation message in dialog template not show ErrorMessage if add new Row

2. when editing, validation allows you to close the dialog box and save the record.

Expected: While adding, Validation message not shown.

Output: Record got saved
