Performance is slow on data update compared to unloading and reloading chart

Chart performance is slow while updating the already rendered chart with new data when compared to destroying and creating the chart with new data.

Data loaded : 926ms
Using destroy/create
Filter step end : 170ms
Using update
Filter step end : 6933ms 

Debug mode
Data loaded : 1313ms
Using destroy/create
Filter step end : 185ms
Using update
Filter step end : 21867ms

Replication Steps :

  1. Run an attached sample.
  2. Click the < symbol below chart.
  3. Check the milliseconds.
  4. Then toggle unload/reload chart switch.
  5. Follow the steps 2 and 3 to note milliseconds difference.
