Vertical Swimlane updated wrongly when phase offset set higher than swim lane height

when setting the phase offset values for the vertical swim lane and when moving any node inside the swimlane leads to improperly showing of selectors and connector distribute on wrong place

the phase offset property is considered for the phase height value when we set the value higher than the height of the parent swimlane diagram breaks
