Need to provide an option to prevent triggering RowSelection/Deselection event for each row while using SelecR

Currently Selection/Deselection event is triggered for each row while selecting the rows using SelectRowsAsync method. So need to prevent triggering RowSelection/Deselection event for each row while using SelecRowsAsync method
