The Change event is not triggered initially for preselected values when calling the selectAll method.

Replication steps:

  1. Run the sample.
  2. Observe that the Change event is not triggered in the console.
  3. Click the "UnSelectAll" option in the popup. The Change event is still not triggered.


Expected behavior: The Change event should be triggered.

Actual behavior: The Change event is not triggered.
