Improve the smoothness of the pinch zooming of online maps in the Maps component

The pinch zooming of the Maps component for the online maps such as OpenStreetMap, Azure Maps and others are not smooth and zooms rapidly for small transitions in interactions. The implementation needs to be improved to ensure smooth zooming on mobile devices.
