SfImageEditor ImageSaving stream is PNG when saving as JPG on UWP

Whem using ImageEditor.Save(".jpg"), stream in ImageSaving should be in JPG format (at least on iOS and Android it is). But on UWP, it is in PNG format (and sometimes size is double of the original png image)
