Snap to point of vector

Upgrading the PDF Viewer to run vector based rendering would allow for a feature to "Snap to Point" when placing Annotations like Polygon or Polyline. This would help to greatly increase productivity and accuracy when using the PDF Viewer for drawing shapes.
