Collapsing the one Pane Causes the another Pane to be Pushed Out of View

When collapse the 1st pane, increase the size of the 2nd pane, and then expand the 1st pane again, the 3rd pane is pushed outside the visible area.

Replication procedure:

1. Collapse the 1st pane.

2. Increase the size of the 2nd pane.

3. Expand the 1st pane again.

 

Expected Output: The 3rd pane should remain within the visible area when expanding the 1st pane.

Current Output: The 3rd pane is pushed outside the visible area when expanding the 1st pane.
