In some cases pasting text from Word does not trigger the Paste Cleanup

We have noticed that, in many cases, although in the clean up settings we have set:

KeepFormat="false" PlainText="true" Prompt="false"


When we copy some text from various  .docx documents and then pasting (using Ctrl+V) that into the RichText Editor the clean up settigns are ignored, the event 

AfterPasteCleanup is not raised and all the styling comes in the editor. If you try to paste it with Shift+Ctrl+V then the clean up settings work and the 

AfterPasteCleanup event is raised.

By pressing Ctrl+V in the editor, the text keeps its formating whether in the "Format Option" dropdown list the selection is "Prompt", "PlainText" or "Clean Format".

We use Rich Text Editor for our daily operations in a live system and the above bug creates problems to us and our users. We kindly ask you to fix this as soon as possible.
