Provide support for drag and zoom functionality at timeline

This feature allows the user to select some time range and we will zoom him to the period. For example, we see data for the whole week, and I interested to see the data from Tuesday to Thursday. By using this feature, I can be able to do mouse down on a value on Tuesday and mouse up on a value on Thursday and after it I see zoom in on this period.
