Support to customize the duration of the tooltip in the mobile device

In mobile device, tooltips of the Maps automatically disappear after 2 seconds, which can be inconvenient for users requiring more time to read or interact with the tooltip content. We need to provide support to customize the duration of the tooltips in Maps.
