When we conditionally toggling the formitem, the extra whitespace is added on each time

Replication procedure:
  • Run the attached sample 
  • Toggling the checkbox on and off
  • You can see the whitespace added

Actual: whitespace should not add unwantedly
Expected : whitespace is added unwantedly when we dynamically render the formitems
