Classic layout support for PivotGrid

Currently, PivotGrid can be rendered in compact layout (Excel like) alone. In Excel like layout, the summary cells positioned besides each parent member and their child members appear next to them. But, this feature allows the user to render PivotGrid in classic layout (Normal layout). In this layout, summary cells are positioned at the bottom of each parent member and their child members appear next to them.
