SfGantt - RowVirtualization - Jumps When Scrolling

I have observed strange behaviour when trying to scroll in a gantt chart when enable row virtualization is set to true.  See attached video and sample solution that is built from the demo virtualization solution.

When scrolling if rowvirtualization is enabled, observe in the sample solution and video that rows will skip when scrolling.
