A SfNumericEntry could have its max length defined by the SfTextInputLayout.CharMaxLength property

This request is to ensure the max character length of a SfNumericInput can be set by one or both of the following approaches below:
Create a new property in the
SfNumericInput to set the maximum number of characters allowed.
When the SfNumericInput is inside a SfTextInputLayout, please ensure that its CharMaxLength can set the maximum number of characters allowed inside a SfNumericInput.
