Enhance Trackball Rendering - Measure and Draw Wrapped Text in Tooltip Label

Currently, track ball label cropped if label does not have enough space. Therefore, we need to provide label wrap support track ball

  1. Expose the canvas for custom drawings. 
  2. Enhance label drawing by providing wrap support. 
  3. Improve nose targeting point.
