To provide UI support to change format settings dynamically

PivotGrid supports different types of formats like currency, percent, date etc. And, we can set these formats for PivotGrid values through code behind alone. But, this feature allows the user to change the format along with the settings (like separator, decimal places etc.) of the respective field through complete UI interaction.
