Xamarin to Maui, more detailed info in documentation please

The documentation specifies some Tabview properties that have been renamed in Maui (from Xamarin), but nowhere mentions the ones that are missing now.

For easy migration the documentation should be expanded to mention the ones that are missing and how to migrate them into Maui world.

Some examples that we use:

- VisibleHeaderCount
- DisplayMode
- EnableSwiping
- Tabheight
- ScrollButtonForegroundColor

Also no migration info is provided for TabItem at all, while almost all the properties have been changed. e.g. "Title" is now "Header".
