SfPopup causes a memory leak in MAUI (iOS, MacOS and Android)

Defining or showing a SfPopup in a page will cause a memory leak on iOS, MacOS and Android. An empty page with this control (without even any bindings) is enough.

I have created a demonstration project here: https://github.com/EGoverde/MemoryLeaks 

Opening and closing a page with these controls results in the entire page being stuck in memory.

Using the project above it can be validated by seeing the memory keep rising in the main page.

Additionally, the MemoryToolkit.Maui also detects these pages as leaking, triggering a popup to confirm this.

This issue quickly results in out-of-memory exceptions.


I have also tested this controls on WinUI, it does not seem to leak on that platform.
