Improve the handling of interactions when placing the chart in scrollable views

The following cases need to be considered.

  1. When the zoom level is 1, panning won't work while interaction, so we have to allow page swipe.
  2. When panning is disabled in behavior, page swiping needs to work.
  3. Based on zoom mode x and y, page swipe and page scrolling needs to work.
  4. When the zoom level is 1, panning won't work while interaction, so we have to allow page to other chart interactions (Trackball, Crosshair and Tooltip).
  5. Panning need to be done via longPress and the trackball to activate via singleTap.
