Sticky group headers are scrolled when using multiple grouping

When the adding 2 or more nested groups with IsStickyGroupHeader enabled, the group headers are scrolled and appear again while scrolling. 

Actual Behavior: It leads flickering/scrolling issue in view.
Expected Behavior: Group headers must be sticky.
