Console error is thrown and the arrow button does not work after we type '-' in the input

Console error is thrown and the arrow button does not work after we type '-' in the input.

Replication Procedure:
  • Run the sample
  • type '-' on input
  • And click arrow up or down
  • You can see the issue in console 
Expected: Arrow keys should work without any exception
Actual: Arrow keys not working and exception has thrown
