Provide Truncation support for the Hint label in the SfTextInputLayout in .NET MAUI

We need to implement the Truncation support for the Hint label in the SfTextInputLayout in .NET MAUI. Also provide the option to render the multiline Hint support. 

 

 

Use case :

 

In .NET MAUI (Multi-platform App UI), Tail Truncation is often used to ensure that text fits within the bounds of its container by cutting off the end of the text if it overflows. This is particularly useful in mobile and desktop applications where screen real estate is limited
