OnValidSubmit event is not trigger when we use OnValidSubmit and OnInValidSubmit event together on dataform

OnValidSubmit event is not trigger even validation is success when we use OnValidSubmit and OnInValidSubmit event together on dataform
  1. Run the sample
  2. Select any item
  3. Click submit
  4. You can see the issue in console 
Expected: OnValidSubmit event should trigger properly
Actual: OnInValidSubmit event is trigger even validation is success or failure
