Render the unsupported annotations

Only some annotations are supported: Ink, Stamp, Text and Text Callout are not supported and Sticky Note annotation will be supported in the next release. We understand that a full support is a feature and requires considerable effort. However PdfViewer allows the user to add a signature and a general principle of signature is that you must be able to see what are you going to sign. So we think that the missing visualization of the above annotation is a defect and should be fixes as soon as possible. We mean just the visualization not the full support.
